The Golden Grace series will continue on Wednesday, October 13 at 6:00 p.m. with guest presenters Sean Taylor, Owner of Next Chapter, and Susan Bohab, Account Executive with Traditions Hospice

Next Chapter is a local organization that assists in connecting individuals and families with elder care facilities that best meet their needs, whether that would be assisted living, independent living, memory care, or at-home care.  Mr. Taylor has many years of experience in the healthcare field combined with personal knowledge and relationships with elder care resources in the Hampton Roads area.  Based on the client’s needs and desires and at no cost to the client, Next Chapter does the leg work required to present a shortened list of healthcare facility options for consideration.

Traditions Hospice is a hospice provider serving the Hampton Roads area.  Ms. Bowab will provide information on hospice care and its implications.
